Return Policy

We follow a no-return & no-exchange policy, except in the case of damaged or broken items received on delivery.

To process a return for a damaged item, you must provide:

1. A clear unboxing / open-box video recorded at the time of delivery

2 .Video must show the package seal, opening process, and the product in damaged condition

Without a valid unboxing video recorded at delivery, no return or refund request will be accepted.

If your item is delivered damaged or defective, contact us at snapnest.life@gmail.com within 24 hours of deliverywith:

1. Order number

2. Unboxing video

3. Photos of damaged product and packaging

If approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Any item without a proper unboxing video.

2. Products that are used, tampered with, or not in original packaging.

3. Sale items, discounted items, or gift cards.

4. No return if you feel the product was not worth it, didn't meet expectations, or you changed your mind.

Damages / Wrong Item Received
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is broken, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately with the required evidence so we can resolve it.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
